First, we get our film in rolls. From there, we either hand-cut the film to the outside of the car or, if your car has patterns we have access to, we make computer cuts, a process also known as plotting. We then place the film on the outside of each window, shrink it to fit, and follow up by cleaning the inside of the windows, peeling the liner from the film, and installing it.

The tinted film is applied to the inside part of the windows, and we use dish soap or baby shampoo to finish the installation, as they are harmless to car interiors. Lastly, we squeegee the window, and your Denver tint is complete.

To ensure you have long-lasting, quality results, follow these simple care instructions:

1. Keep the windows up for at least three to five days.

2. Do not touch any bubbles in the film; they will disappear within one to two weeks.

3. Wait two weeks before cleaning the inside of your windows, and use a microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner when you do. (You can wash the exterior at any time.)

If you still see bubbles after two weeks, contact us, and we’ll correct the issue. Also, keep in mind, with a car tint in Denver, that the temperature can affect your tint installation. You might need to have your windows rolled up for longer than five days, depending on how cold or hot it gets.

First, we clean and clay bar the surface to ensure a clean installation. After drying, we use isopropyl alcohol and a soapy water solution to install the film. You can keep your Xpel PPF looking good and providing protection for a decade with the proper care:

1. Keep your newly PPF-protected car out of direct sunlight for 24 hours.

2. Don’t wash the exterior for two weeks.

3. When washing, do not use a pressure washer near the film’s edges.

4. Keep pressure washing wands 36 inches or more away from the film.

5. Clean fresh stains as soon as you can.

6. Remove hard-to-eliminate stains with 99% isopropyl alcohol.

7. Use spray wax often.

Some additional points to remember are as follows:

1. Freshly installed PPF can have bubbles or moisture underneath, but these will go away.

2. The film is self-healing. After 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature, light scratches will disappear, and the process can be sped up with warm water.

Paint correction is an art, and using a ceramic coating is an excellent way to protect the “finished piece.” Through multiple stages of paint correction, we can bring a perfect reflection to your paint and then seal it with a ceramic coating.

Like PPF, ceramic coatings are designed to protect against the everyday debris your car’s paint may face. You’ll also find that it is easier to keep your vehicle clean, and it will look cleaner for longer as well.

Remember, however, that the process isn’t permanent and is instead more akin to a stronger and more durable wax. Colorado Tinting provides a four-year warranty for each of our ceramic coatings, a level of performance that is unheard of from regular car wax.

Vinyl wraps will look amazing so long as you get a quality install and follow these important instructions:

1. Don’t use a pressure washer near the edges of the wrap.

2. When pressure washing, keep the wand at least 36 inches away.

3. It’s best to ceramic coat or seal the wrap for maximum protection.

4. Clean it with a vinyl wrap cleaner.

5. Always remove insects and clean stains quickly.

Like our PPFs, our vinyl wraps are self-healing, meaning any light scratches will disappear after a few days of sunshine. Similarly, right after your wrap is applied, expect some bubbles. These are normal, and they’ll be gone quickly.
